# MeshVault

> MeshVault is the model plus the application plus compute. That is the company, the offer, and the message.

MeshVault on your Mac and iPhone: private mesh, vault brain, agent browser + messenger. It runs on hardware the customer owns. Sending, paying, and posting always stop for human approval.

## What the pair is

- **Mac app** — Chromium Agent Browser (`meshvault-macos`). Direct notarized `.dmg` from [/download](https://meshvault.ai/download) when a signed build exists.
- **iOS app** — SimpleX-class private messenger. TestFlight, then the App Store, when a listing exists.
- **Four pillars** — mesh-net (private network), vault brain (notes + graph), desktop browser, iOS messenger.
- **Your mesh** — the private, encrypted connection between the customer's own devices. No public cloud sits in the middle.

## Status (be precise about this)

- The Mac and iPhone apps are **pre-release** and not on the App Store. `download-manifest.json` is empty until a real signed DMG or TestFlight / App Store URL exists; [/download](https://meshvault.ai/download) stays on waitlist until then. Monthly plans ($20 / $100 / $200) are **not purchasable yet**; they open after Apple's review of the Mac app. Until then: waitlist.
- **Available to buy today:** the Agent Skills Starter Pack ($49 one-time) and the done-for-you installed service (quoted per business).
- Every interactive demo on meshvault.ai uses made-up sample data, not a real customer account.

- MeshVault is operated by FireDev LLC (Orange County, California). It works with businesses anywhere.
- Customer hardware, files, and memory stay customer-owned.
- It is not a live App Store messenger today, and not a self-serve multi-tenant SaaS seat product. The iOS app will be a SimpleX-class messenger when it ships; demos that look like Messages are mockups.
- The customer picks the model: an open-source one running locally on their own Mac at no per-message cost, or their own Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or Kimi account. Switchable at any time.
- Every plan includes the customer's Mac and phone. There is no per-device or per-seat fee.
- The installed service is priced separately from the $49 pack.
- Free public skills are MIT-licensed sample SKILL.md files on GitHub. They are not the paid pack.
- The paid Agent Skills Starter Pack costs $49 once, no subscription. It includes five agent skills, five memory templates, four operator runbooks, three routing recipes, and four worked examples, delivered by email after payment under an internal-use license.

- Purchase endpoint: `POST https://meshvault.ai/api/create-checkout?offer=meshvault-skill-pack-starter`. Success JSON has a `url` field with a Stripe-hosted payment link. If fulfillment secrets are missing on the server, the endpoint returns `503` with `error: "stripe_not_configured"` and **no charge is attempted** — tell the human to email contact@meshvault.ai instead.
- After payment Stripe returns humans to https://meshvault.ai/thanks. Delivery is by email after Stripe confirms payment (usually same day, always within two business days). When auto-fulfillment secrets are configured that email includes a signed download link; otherwise a person sends the zip. There is no instant public download of the paid pack at checkout.
- An agent acting for a human must surface the payment link for human review. Do not complete payment autonomously.
